Lots going on today, more progress on the tile along Main and they appear to be removing all of the exterior lighting covers all the way to the top of the building. Maybe they are going to install some LED feature in place of what looks like fluorescent lights?

D cost $1.2 Billion 15 years ago. Its probably the scale of the thing, D is massive and F will be equally as massive. 24 gates is surprisingly low, maybe its going to be primarily built out to handle 789, 773, big widebodies? Probably, but doesn't this project also include a remodel of Terminal C?

East side of the building tile replacement is almost done, looks fantastic and they are well underway on the south side facing Elm. Bright and shiny it will look like new when it's done.

Tell that to the low rise homeowners in the farmers market that will no longer have a view of downtown. If memory serves this new innovation and tech campus is something similar to what was proposed when Amazon was looking at Dallas, that education piece was deemed too important to abandon once Amazon chose another location. So, in essence...its a carrot.

The angled roof line is definitely in play now, showing up on the west side they are about 3-4 floors into it at this point so you can see how it is starting to angle away from one corner of the building. Having said that I am still now sure how this building will look from various directions.

FWIW, I see this building every day and now I see people working on it every day. Also, the people that I met from Drever that worked on my floor have disappeared. I don't think I have seen them for a month, now it makes sense.

^I believe that is correct, looks like the residential tower is 360 feet and 439 units which is the largest structure and the hotel appears to be 200 feet. This is a massive change for the area and will be a very busy place once complete. Hope to see additional renderings before long.

Looked like they had made a lot of progress with the tile installation on the east side and I noticed they had workers on at least three corners of the tower laying tile up the sides. So far I am liking the way it's turning out.
