Drove by this today, saw them digging this space out which looks like it might be the base of the residential tower. Don't know for sure but it sure looked that way. Anybody else notice?

Actually I like the idea of a smaller relocation over something like 50,000. It's much easier to absorb something in the 5,000 range.

We still have 400 people a day moving into the region, unless that stops flowing I don't see a slowdown and that number has actually increased this year.
