I wish they would revive the exterior green tile. That was a splash of color like no other.

They were or maybe still are supposed to make some kind of convention center connection to the park. At least I heard that once while touring the convention space.

LA did that with the Wilshire Grand but I believe that is a mixed use tower and is not what Hillwood has planned. I don't think Hillwood can make it work with the current plan.

Well the biggest relo in a long time went to DE, not sure what would be in the pipeline to get his tower out of the ground, especially with Harwood actively marketing their new tower as well.

Hillwood should go mixed use on this one.

Meanwhile, lots of interior work goes on as they are nearing the top floors, workers around the base of the garage finishing the exterior work there and lots of workers on the crown that appear to be doing a lot of welding.

Microsoft is growing it's Las Colinas campus. It'll invest $31 million into the current location and add 575 new jobs. Has anybody else noticed the exterior look coming together on the west side? Lots of glass, which appears to be very dark but the exterior starting to show up looks very light blueish/grey. Maybe somebody will get a closer look and a picture soon.
