Some scaffolding has gone up on the east side around the pillars, looks like they are about to begin tile work there. So far the work they have done looks spectacular.

I would think this space would be really attractive, especially with all that new apartment space going up across the plaza. Granted not everyone elects to live there but but if you did it would sure be convenient.

So Tenet is leaving and EPA is out just as they try to start winding down their remodel project which has taken two years and still isn't complete. Should be a bunch of available space over there.

If it stays at Fair Park, I imagine The Cotton Bowl, The Band Shell and the Music Hall would be packed full for the performers eager to play to the LGBT crowd. It's so silly that many of the institutions and/or organizations in Dallas sell themselves short as far as playing on a domestic stage rath...

Thanks for sharing. I had forgotten this was built by H.L. Hunt and used as the pretend offices of JR Ewing on the tv show. True, if you go back to the episode after JR is shot you will see Cliff Barnes coming out of this tower. Great clip showing the front of this tower in that particular episode.

Yes it will keep going up until they reach the peak. Guessing here, but peak looks like it may be the equivalent to 4-5 more floors.

Lots going on today, more progress on the tile along Main and they appear to be removing all of the exterior lighting covers all the way to the top of the building. Maybe they are going to install some LED feature in place of what looks like fluorescent lights?

D cost $1.2 Billion 15 years ago. Its probably the scale of the thing, D is massive and F will be equally as massive. 24 gates is surprisingly low, maybe its going to be primarily built out to handle 789, 773, big widebodies? Probably, but doesn't this project also include a remodel of Terminal C?
