Re: Corporate Relocations/Expansions

Too bad we can't START the businesses here. That's the flip side to this situation. The relocations won't last forever and if they do the competition will get stiffer to land them. https://www.forbes.com/sites/andrewdepietro/2019/11/13/best-worst-states-entrepreneurs-2020/#12410f1546a6 Here are the...

They might have just added 3 stories to round up the number. the picture is a weird angle, but they are the same building. Old 155741...

Re: Silver Line

A few thoughts about DART and parking... 1. I don't really get why DART is in the parking lot business. 2. If you have them, why not just charge EVERYBODY who parks there? 3. If you are a resident in the DART service area, you likely have a bus route nearby and have no real NEED to park at the park...

Thats terrible, and not addressed with CityMap. Why is it like that? Because WR isnt designed to handle Southbound traffic from Central to I-45 (or to I-30). I-345 is. Im not afraid of removal. Its a fact, without i-345 your freeway option southbound is a single cloverleaf ramp at I-35 and WR. Thats it. I think 'cut & cover' is what is meant by 'tunnel' in most of these references. Maybe I'm wrong. But, I don't think anyone ever seriously considered TBMs be used for this. That said, TXDOT's 'trench' proposal seems to only be half of what is really needed. I'm curious how much the sale of land ...

The way the eastern (Heritage Village) deck park is proposed doesn't show a lot of promise for having a KWP-style effect on the area.
