The dirt is now placed but not graded. The city of Richardson has funded a contract to bury the creek in a storm-drain/concrete channel. I'd assume any building will be put on hold until that is complete.

More of this Legacy nonsense? You don't need to build a rail line from east Plano to DFW airport to serve Legacy. And again, the cost of the Cotton Belt makes the extension to Legacy a 2040 project at the earliest. It's work numbers for 2017 are irrelevant.

That stone base makes it look like a castle. This is a very petty complaint, but I wish they could have put some lighting or portholes or something in the castle portion, as that is going to be imposing when passing by on the sidewalk.

What are you all talking about? Plano is a 'first ring' suburb of Dallas. Dallas and Plano share a border. That's what 'first ring' means. And Plano has not been screwed over by DART. Dirt is finally moving on the empty lot next to Richardson DART Galatyn Station and the creek has a construction fence around it. Not sure if that means a building is eminent or some utilities work is being done.

This building's giant garage now peeks over the tops of trees if viewing from Central Expressway. It was a mega concrete monolith, but is now being surrounded by steel and wood framed buildings. The insane wall in the creek is finally done too.
