I imagine we will still see the safety drivers paid to sit in the driver seat for the next 10 years. I just don't yet see how a combination of the public perception and actual drivers/pedestrians messing things up will change that factor.

EFH failed and moved out of Downtown a long time ago so you don't have to worry about them too much longer since whats left of them were bought up as mentioned above. There is a reason Energy Plaza has been pretty empty looking for over a year now.

The difference is that LTV Tower and the Statler were planned to do that. The developer who cleaned about both of those properties was known for cleaning out buildings and flipping them to a finishing developer. Here the Drever people intended to actually finish the job but continue to fail to do so...

Planet Fitness isn't exactly a high-end tenant so I doubt that exact tenant would find a home in a tower trying for A class tenants plus the rent would be too high. Planet Fitness would work better going in other neighborhoods surrounding the CBD but I doubt their true market is in the CBD.
