Yeah, I read the Plano Future website and its a lot of scattered understanding of development and whats happening. A lot of fear of becoming New York city which is always the extreme that people in suburban communities refer too when discussing urbanization.

Well that's because Texas Live was a separate deal from the stadium. Signed on the dotted line months before the stadium was even in public awareness. They found a hotel flag and a plan before the solidified the stadium deal was far long knowing that the stadium deal/planning was in the process.

They covered the former blue wall that faces McKinney Avenue in brick but only the south traffic facing side. Also, you can see tall stacks of boxes inside from McKinney Ave so I am sure they are doing a lot of unpacking.

Yeah and Frisco is not about to let the chance of scoring the PGA HQ and most likely take the Byron Nelson away from Dallas eventually because of it. At least the Trinity Golf Course could become a park for public access instead of a private golf course like it is now.
