Supposedly the ride is smoother on these PCC cars and it looks like the capacity for connecting lots of rider to Klyde Warren will be a lot better considering ever since the park opened MATA ridership has increased.

Yeah, the re-design is awful but another hotel seems amazing to me. Arlington builds one hotel and has another on the way near its stadium and Dallas builds three or four in every price range at the same time.

One thing I noticed while riding by this morning is they have built a cinderblock structure on the Hardwood side where the food truck/eating area is located. I suspect its a restroom structure but I don't see it in the site plans previously released.

I'll recap what I said before. I hope we get the hotel but I am not sold yet its happening. I am just waiting like everyone else trying to read the tea leaves. I think its a 50/50 chance for the hotel at this point and 25% chance we will get the residential tower started sometime in the next 5 years.
