Eatzis seems to be focusing on well established monied areas. Downtown while busy with a lunch crowd is still a new area in terms of redevelopment and doesn't really fit what they tend to be doing.

Also in case, anyone has not noticed the transition may already be happening because Fat Rabbit is closed and is being remolded and will reopen as a restaurant and gallery by another name. No more nightclub style bar/restaurant.

Yes and no. Depending on who you talk to Austin has a better run bus system while lacking a great train system. The problem is many transportation engineers disagree on what systems are the better.
