I mean I don't know what the incentives we provided are but I am happy to have those 40 paying jobs in South Dallas. It doesn't mean those 40 jobs families will live in South Dallas though. This does continue the trend of DFW loading up with lots of new data centers though.

Yeah and Frisco is not about to let the chance of scoring the PGA HQ and most likely take the Byron Nelson away from Dallas eventually because of it. At least the Trinity Golf Course could become a park for public access instead of a private golf course like it is now.

I believe the roadwork will be done as part of the larger redevelopment approved on that stretch of roadway because the developer was trying to get city approval for a new roadway configuration as part of his larger project to add retail and office space along there.
