Well well, they aren't building a little admin building, are they? 600,000sqft is a significant amount of space and a building that most likely will be seen from the highway I even bet that they build a garage as part of it so the office will sit on top.

Yeah everything in the Harwood District was designed to get people onto 35 and Dallas North Tollway as fast as possible during rush hour. Remove some of those corner cuts, square off the intersections and you will make a big impact. That and one-way street removal.

Well, its great for me as a commuter because the locked in price is as its always been except what they raised it to of course. Also if I start pulling back on ride the bus all the time for some reason I can save money if I don't reach the monthly cap.

Live Work Play in the same neighborhood means there is a free valet at every building for you to move your car to when it comes to the Harwood District. No that's a different site. The city had to abandon Austin Street to the BofA tower owners to support that garage development. Effectively walling El Centro off. I say we just loop the whole airport and add drop off stations on at least 3 sides of the airport's external roads. They just keep looping and passing into the terminal area and back around. Since we are throwing the kitchen sinks worth of ideas out there.

Yeah, I lived on campus at UT Arlington and what the Arlington resident that I dealt with just wanted the same shopping centers and chains everyone else had and largely Arlington already has in the North and South. Well that's because Texas Live was a separate deal from the stadium. Signed on the dotted line months before the stadium was even in public awareness. They found a hotel flag and a plan before the solidified the stadium deal was far long knowing that the stadium deal/planning was in the process.

They covered the former blue wall that faces McKinney Avenue in brick but only the south traffic facing side. Also, you can see tall stacks of boxes inside from McKinney Ave so I am sure they are doing a lot of unpacking.

Team owners always claimed that kind of development would happen just because the stadium was built. That the money the city was investing in the stadium would spur that kind of economic activity naturally.
